Finland’s largest entrepreneur service UKKO.fi gets a new owner in Finago Oy

Finago Oy has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of UKKO.fi. Finago is one of the Nordic region’s leading providers of business software. This acquisition opens a new chapter in UKKO.fi’s story, bringing with it strategic support and resources from a Nordic partner, which will enable us to serve Finnish entrepreneurs even better. The completion of the deal is still subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.

What does this mean for our customers?

The change of ownership will not cause any changes to our daily operations, personnel, or customer relationships. Our strong offering, professional staff, and our commitment to helping entrepreneurs succeed remain unchanged. On the contrary, in the future, we will be able to offer an even wider range of solutions and tools to help our customers grow their businesses.

"We are proud to have been involved in helping entrepreneurs succeed for over a decade. Now is strategically the right time to transition to a new growth phase. Together with Finago, we can offer our customers an even more comprehensive solution package and better opportunities to grow their businesses," states Aleksi Simola, CEO of UKKO.fi.

An advocate for Finnish entrepreneurship since 2012

UKKO.fi was founded in 2012 to make everyday life easier for self-employed individuals. Since then, we have helped Finnish entrepreneurs succeed and have successfully made "light entrepreneurship" (kevytyrittäjyys) a nationwide phenomenon.

We eagerly look forward to the future and the opportunities this collaboration will bring for both us and our customers!
